Wedding Ceremony

A sacred covenant marriage ceremony rooted in Scripture and the Hebraic understanding of marriage — honoring Elohim as the author of covenant and joining two lives under His blessing.

Statement of Faith

We believe that marriage is a sacred covenant established by Elohim between one biological man and one biological woman. This is the biblical and doctrinal position of OTCC | Kehilat Maga Echad.

"Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh."

Genesis 2:24

"Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, 'Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore Elohim has joined together, let not man separate."

Matthew 19:4–6

"'Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.' This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Messiah and the assembly."

Ephesians 5:31–32

This is the doctrinal understanding of OTCC | Kehilat Maga Echad, and we stand firmly upon the authority of Scripture in all marriage ceremonies we officiate.

Infant & Child Dedication

A biblical dedication service in which parents publicly dedicate their child to Elohim and commit themselves to raising their child according to His ways.

"For this child I prayed, and Adonai has granted me my petition that I made to Him. Therefore I have lent him to Adonai. As long as he lives, he is lent to Adonai."

1 Samuel 1:27–28

"And when the time came for their purification according to the Torah of Moshe, they brought Him up to Jerusalem to present Him to Adonai."

Luke 2:22
